Are Air Mattresses Bad For Your Back
There are many reasons why one would use an air mattress to sleep on. From camping to spare guest bed to affordability in place of a spring bed. Regardless of the reason, it's all in the sleep. Does it work for you? Everyone has their opinion, however 80+% say that it does relieve some back pain.
To try out, i have been sleeping on an aero queen mattress for the past 2 1/2 months. I do suffer from lower back problems, and never had an
issue with not being able to sleep. My personal review of this question "Are air mattresses bad for your back", i would say "NO". I have had no issues whatsoever with added pain. My sleep is the same. Actually when the mattress is blown up in full, it is relatively firm and kind of comfortable. Air itself, is good for any part of your body that has pain and discomfort.
I really believe that it all depends on the individual, whether they want to lay on air or a spring mattress. Air mattresses, can be regulated as to how firm or mushy you want your bed to be.
This particular air bed the aero classic air bed is more ideal for camping and temporary uses, like added bedding for unexpected guest or temporary use until you find the right spring bed for you. After all you need something to sleep on. Can't sleep on the floor. This air bed definitely serves it's purpose.
